Time to colour

time-to-colorHey Everyone,

Summer is full swing and We are doing loads of colour in the salon.

Its great to see so many Vibrant shades rockin the style stakes.

This lady, is super stylish and wears her hair like a fabulous accessory.

We have played around with her colour a bit over the last few years.

She always takes really good care of her hair and uses high quality products at home.

So when She asked me for a subtle change, I knew this would be amazing.

Her previous colour was deep red, allover colour.

So how did I do it???

First I coloured the natural colour on her roots,

I used another shade to neautralise the red on the mid-lengths.

Then I used a gentle formula to lighten her ends up a shade or two to a “burnt orange”

I rinsed that off, & Dried it, so I could scatter some “babylights” on the top section.

As this lady wears a deep side parting, I felt she needed a little drama around her face.

Once the “babylights” were developed,

I rinsed and applied the Cranberry shade to the lighter sections.

After development, I rinsed & wrap dried with my denman for maxiumum movement.

I used my GHD to create loose flowing waves.

So there You have it, a beautiful blend of two amazing colours.

Just perfection.
